Kiiking
Kiiking is a peculiar Estonian sport which you might see during your time in Estonia. A kiiking swing is a swing with rigid arms of steel rather than a chain. With your feet strapped onto the bottom of the swing, the aim is to squat and stand to propel the swing through a full 360 degree revolution. In competitions the length of the arms are gradually extended in order increase the difficulty, in much the same way as a high jump bar is heightened. The sport was invented in Estonia in 1996, and not surprisingly an Estonian is the current world record holder.
